As international medical graduates with a vast network spanning various countries, we believe in community outreach on a global scale.

One of the key volunteer services we provide is teaching contextualized Psychological First Aid (PFA) for adults, children and young adults.

What is Psychological First Aid (PFA)? It is an evidence-based approach aimed at helping individuals in the aftermath of a crisis or distressful event. It involves providing practical care and support, assessing needs and concerns, helping people address basic needs, listening to people, and helping them feel calm, connected, and hopeful.
